Mavs Force Game 5 with 122-84 Game 4 Victory
Celtics Dominate Mavericks in Game 4
In a stunning upset, the Dallas Mavericks overcame a 3-0 deficit in their NBA Western Conference Finals series against the Boston Celtics by dominating Game 4 122-84.
Celtics' Depth Proves Too Much
Boston's depth proved to be a major factor in the game. With Jayson Tatum leading the charge, the Celtics had seven players score in double figures, including Derrick White (22 points) and Malcolm Brogdon (21 points).
Mavs' Stars Struggle
In contrast, the Mavericks' star duo of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving struggled. Doncic was held to 23 points on 9-of-24 shooting, while Irving scored just 12 points on 4-of-15 shooting.
Celtics Ground Mavs Bigs
The Celtics also did an excellent job of limiting the Mavericks' big men. Christian Wood and Dwight Powell combined for just 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Game 5 Set for Monday in Boston
